Custom Decoration
Do you need your garments to be decorated with your business or organizations logo? Not a problem. You can easily obtain all of the great items on this site and more on our parent companies site LogosDirect. Screen printing, embroidery, and our exclusive process called DirectEtch is available for you.
Embroidery
LogosDirect uses heavy-duty commercial machines to produce multiple copies of the same embroidery design at the same time. By pre-designing a special computer program to sew out the design or logo in multi-color threads, a more “upscale” look can be achieved as opposed to say, screen printing, and in a more cost effective way because there is less set up cost if the design is repeated over and over at different times. LogosDirect uses resources that can produce over 200 pieces at the same time if necessary, giving us very high embroidery capacity.
Screen Printing
Screen printing, which is sometimes incorrectly called silk screening, is the print making technique that uses stencils for every color to create an image. We use this technique to print logos, graphic designs, and other images on t-shirts, hats, tote bags and other cloth items. We can print over 3,000 pieces a day up to 8 colors. This process is also used to print on CDs, DVDs, ceramics, glass, polyethylene, polypropylene, paper, metals and wood depending on the requested product. Depending on the number of colors involved, screen printing can be a low cost solution especially in quantities of 48 pieces or more.
DirectEtch
DirectEtch is the next generation method of decorating apparel. Our product line is able to have logos branded onto the garments in ways that were not possible in the past. Logos can easily be etched over seams and sleeves – even over zippers! Using the latest laser technology especially modified to etch into garments creating a tone-on-tone look, the final product is like nothing else on the market. Besides the standard left chest, full chest, full back and sleeve placements, unique placements such as shoulder-to-shoulder, side wrap, vertical, split front over a zipper, and down the length of a sleeve are possible. This process can be used on certain types of t-shirts, sport shirts, fleece and headwear. It works best when the tone-on-tone creates a contrast in color and the design contains bold graphics.
